Grant Development & Administration
ECD has primary responsibility for the development and administration of grant projects funded in part by Maine's Community Development Block Grant program.
Block grants support local matching funds for public infrastructure, housing, downtown revitalization, planning, and public facilities projects.
ECD is also responsible for seeking and securing federal, state, and private grant opportunities to support locally-based economic and community development objectives. Sources include:
