Municipal Revolving Loan Program

Lisbon ECD has a commercial financing program available to support start-up, retention, expansion, and attraction projects in the Town of Lisbon. The Town of Lisbon Is an Equal Opportunity Lender

The Federal agency that administers compliance with this law concerning this creditor is the Federal Trade Commission. If a person believes he or she has been denied assistance in violation of this law, they should contact the Federal Trade Commission, Washington, DC 20580.

Federally assisted programs are those programs where there is a primary recipient who is authorized or required to provide services, benefits, resources or information to another recipient or beneficiary to carry out a program. The primary recipient is responsible for complying with civil rights laws (Title VI, Section 504, and 7 CFR 15, 15a, and 15b) in the administration of their programs and activities because there is an ultimate beneficiary that receives the benefit of the Federal financial assistance (i.e., tenant, water user, hospital patient).
