Overview

Board of Appeals members are appointed by the Town Council for 3-year staggered term. The Board meets as needed. The Board of Appeals decides on administrative appeals and variance appeals requests.

The Board of Appeals reviews cases presented to the Code Enforcement Officer. Applications are received on a rolling basis. There is a $150 application fee. Please contact the Code Enforcement Office with questions.
