Shared Services Committee
The Shared Services Committee acts as a collaborative bridge between the Town of Lisbon, the Lisbon School Department, and the Lisbon Water Department. While these entities operate under distinct governance structures, this committee works to align our goals and enhance cross-departmental cooperation.
Our primary objective is to identify opportunities for shared resources and operational efficiencies that benefit the community as a whole. By coordinating our efforts, we strive to improve service delivery and ensure responsible fiscal stewardship.
We want your feedback!
We invite community members to participate in a brief survey designed to gather ideas for potential shared services among the Town, School Department, and Water Department. Your input will help identify opportunities to collaborate, improve efficiency, and maximize resources while maintaining services. By sharing your perspectives and suggestions, you will play a vital role in shaping practical, community‑driven solutions that benefit everyone.
