View the Town of Lisbon Abatement Appeal Application (PDF) to print the Assessment Review Board application, which is used for Abatement Appeals. Applications are filed with the Town Clerk and must be submitted with the following attachments:

• The applicant provided seven copies of this application and attachments.
• The applicant has attached a copy of the deed for the property.
• The applicant has attached a copy of the application for abatement previously submitted to the assessor together with all supporting documentation.
• The applicant has attached the assessor's decision, including any partial abatement previously granted.
• The applicant has attached a statement of the factual/legal basis supporting the applicant's tax abatement appeal.
